Наслов предавања: PARAMETER CALIBRATION IN THE BEE COLONY OPTIMIZATION ALGORITHM

Садржај: We present a case study in which we examine in detail the behavior of the Bee Colony Optimization (BCO) metaheuristic when applied to the p-center and SAT-type problems. On a number of benchmark problems, we perform a fine-tuning of several parameters of the BCO algorithm, yielding insights into the behavior of the algorithm, its robustness and efficiency. In addition, for six instances of the p-center problem we reach new best-known solutions.

This is a joint work with T. Davidović, presented at BALCOR 2013 conference.
