Naslov predavanja: THE WINNING APPROACH TO 2ND KAGGLE AI MATH OLYMPIAD

Apstrakt:
In this talk we will explain our winning approach at the 2nd Kaggle AI Math Olympiad that was held between October 2024 and April 2025. The key accomplishments that contributed to this win were our OpenMathReasoning dataset, the largest open-source long-reasoning dataset for mathematical reasoning, and our OpenMath-Nemotron series of models, which establish new state-of-the-art in open-weight math reasoning LLMs.
Speaker: Igor Gitman received a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2016 and a Master’s Degree in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon University in 2017. He is a Senior Applied Scientist at NVIDIA and manages the Math Reasoning team there. Most recently, he led the Nvidia team that won the first place at the 2nd Kaggle AI Math Olympiad organized by Terence Tao and other well known mathematicians.
