Naslov predavanja: HYBRIDIZATION OF METAHEURISTICS WITH MACHINE LEARNING METHODS

Apstrakt: 

Recently, researchers have begun combining metaheuristics with machine learning techniques, an approach known as „learnheuristics“, to improve performance through adaptive parameter tuning, guided search, and learning from past experience. This lecture explores how machine learning can enhance metaheuristic algorithms. In particular, we investigate the use of reinforcement learning to dynamically select and order neighborhood structures, aiming to improve convergence and avoid local optima. Additional topics include ML-based preprocessing and hyperparameter tuning strategies that further boost metaheuristic efficiency.
